Snorek Extrem can make you aware of your snoring with vibration and sounds. When you enable vibration, Snorek increases its duration every time you snore. Snorek Extrem remembers the duration that makes you stop for future nights. It is also possible to set up a notification tone to make you aware of your snoring. Only sometimes picked up noise. Only worked if left with screen open all night - which meant running a charger into bed to keep the phone nearby or running out of battery in the night. Great idea which falls over in execution.
Somehow the app's vibration alert cycle, I think, was being detected as snoring. This caused a continuous stop snoring beacon that I saw after I woke up. In addition, I selected vibration+sound as my alert, but it only vibrates, even when the volume for notifications is definitely turned on. The app has been OK. I'm not fond of the multiple snoring hits that appear on the Android notification bar. I will need to turn this off in my apps options. Also, there appears to be no long-term history review.
Great app, would be good if I could select a notification tone within the Snorek app. Also the app really drains my galaxy s2 battery, even when plugged in whilst running snorek. I've been using the double tap function to blank the screen whilst sleeping, is that ok to use that function on my phone?
